Artemis Studio Monaco

A Monaco company is being established as the European counterpart to the Los Angeles studio. Its purpose is proximity: to the territories the slate is written for, to the banking relationships that support cross-border production, and to the co-production partners and sales agents who operate on this side of the Atlantic.

The Los Angeles company continues to originate and hold the intellectual property. The Monaco arm exists to execute against European structures, not to relocate ownership.

Formation is in progress and sequenced behind counsel validation. Until registration is complete and the necessary authorisations are in place, Artemis Studio Monaco is not trading, is not accepting funds, and makes no representation of being an operating company.
